What is Warranty ?
Mostly Hikvision / Dahua/ Hilook Cameras and NVR have 3 years Warranty (HDD one year )
Bosch /Ness alarm have 3 years warranty
DSC / Hills alarm have 2 years warranty
FSH lock has 5 years warranty
All products above need qualified Installation .

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order in 1 day . If your order need program or other setting , we may contact you . Extra service may need 1-2 days more .When order ship out , it may take 3-9 days to arrive via couriers or 1-3 days via Express.
How much does shipping cost?
we set up shipping cost automatically , mostly small item from $15 . Alarm kit or cameras kit may cost $20-25
