This plan provides iFob Control app functionality and personal reporting on a monthly or yearly subscription. Reporting is available via Email, SMS and/or Push Notification directly to the app. This plan can be offered as a standalone personal monitoring solution or can complement the customer’s existing back to base monitoring service. MyAlarm Plan and back to base monitoring charges can be wrapped together and integrated with your existing customer billing systems. You can allow the customer to view and alter Mobile Users and Reporting Options if you choose. This can add additional value to an annual maintenance support contract for your customers.
