Delivery & Return

Delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs. Products requires programming or pre-wiring usually dispatched within 72hrs.

We deliver our products using Australian post and Fastway. Shipping time is between 2-14 business days depending on your location.

Return and refund:

Hassle free money back guarantee for product which is unused and sealed in their original condition. You need to contact us within 7 days after you received your item. Postage is not refundable.

Returned items (if it’s been opened or installed) incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Goods must be in resalable condition.

A free repair, exchange or refund may also apply if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

·            Has a problem that would have stopped some form buying the item if they had known about it

·            Is unsafe

·            Is significantly different from the sample or description

·            Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

A returned faulty item will be sent to our supplier to inspect and verify. Once it’s confirmed by our supplier that the item can’t be easily fixed, we will offer a free replacement, postage included. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.
